Father Fighters
Although mothers are the life bearers of our world, fathers play just as essential of a role in the parenting process. They offer a child a different type of love and support, one that compliments that of a mother. They offer guidance and nurture confidence, turning young boys and girls into strong, independent adults. To find out what each of our employees learned from their fathers, we asked them what was the best advice they were given. Through example, these fathers inadvertently teach their young ones strength and perseverance; forever instilling these characteristics in a child's mind. The absence of a father is always noticed, which is why we must preserve, honor, and appreciate those who are around.
At Pacific BMW, we are fortunate enough to be surrounded by gentlemen with these qualities. As a family owned dealership, we only hire employees who fit in with our caring company culture. Therefore, it is no surprise that many of our members happen to be fathers. It is this familial bond that genuinely binds all of our members together, creating an atmosphere of support.
To honor the fathers of our family, we organized Street Kitchen Food Truck to pay these men a visit. We all know that the way to a man's heart is through the stomach, so we only served the most gourmet of entrees. In addition, our employees collaborated together to create little goody bags to take home, so to keep the festivities going all day.
